Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
- Conduct regular cost analysis and provide recommendations to optimize project expenses.
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve cost-related issues and disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, materials, and labor.
- Provide support in tendering processes, including bid evaluations and submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and financial management.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
