Responsibility
- Assist in developing and executing production plans to meet demand forecasts and inventory targets.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Generate and present reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and key operational metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgetary constraints and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to production and inventory management.
- Support the implementation of new technologies or systems to streamline PPIC processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and production planning tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
