Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of parts sales, warehousing, and logistics to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive Parts Channel sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to streamline procurement and distribution processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse and sales staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all logistics activities.
- Collaborate with the management team to forecast demand, plan budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in parts sales, warehousing, or logistics, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with automotive parts and their applications is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
