Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and inventory lists.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Verify product quantities and quality before packaging to minimize errors.
- Meet daily productivity targets while adhering to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline order fulfillment processes.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow all workplace safety protocols and report any incidents immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg (44-55 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal) for team communication.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in shifts (including weekends/holidays if required).
- Team player with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
