Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing production team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Monitor and optimize workflows to minimize downtime and maximize operational productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, ISO standards, and company policies.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, quality control) to streamline supply chain and inventory management.
- Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and areas for cost reduction and efficiency gains.
- Support the adoption of new technologies and automation to enhance manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision or operations management within manufacturing (HVAC, automotive, or similar industries preferred).
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Certification in OSHA, ISO 9001, or similar safety/quality standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
