Responsibility
- Support the design and implementation of organisational development strategies to improve workforce productivity and cultural alignment.
- Assist in conducting needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in people and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and roll out employee engagement programs, leadership training, and talent retention initiatives.
- Facilitate change management processes, including communication plans, training, and stakeholder engagement for organisational transitions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions using data-driven metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Partner with the L&D team to design customised learning solutions that support career growth and skill development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in organisational development.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on OD progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Organisational Development, HR Business Partnering, or Talent Management, preferably in healthcare or a large corporation.
- Proven track record in designing and executing OD programs, including change management, culture transformation, and leadership development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills to engage diverse groups effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Certifications in OD, HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD), or Lean Six Sigma are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
