Responsibility
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
