Based in Bali’s most sought-after locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll enjoy a competitive salary of $4,500 – $5,500 per month while working in a collaborative and innovative setting.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily office management, ensuring smooth operations and a productive work environment.
- Manage workplace facilities, including maintenance, security, and space optimization.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Support project management (PMO) initiatives, including planning, execution, and monitoring of office-related projects.
- Lead office relocation efforts, including logistics, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop and implement corporate services policies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve workflows.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on office performance and project progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management, facilities coordination, or project support.
- Proven track record in vendor management, procurement, and contract administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with office relocations or large-scale operational projects is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
