Responsibility
- Develop and execute effective collection and recovery strategies for Rent-To-Own portfolios.
- Lead and mentor a team of collection specialists to achieve performance targets.
- Analyze delinquency trends and implement proactive measures to minimize losses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recovery processes and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all collection activities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to maximize recoveries.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize collection efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in Rent-To-Own or financial services collections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in collection software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in collections and recovery.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
