Responsibility
- Assist in coordinating clinical activities and ensuring smooth operations between medical consultants and administrative teams.
- Manage and maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Support the implementation of medical affairs strategies and initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management and medical staff.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide administrative support to the Medical Affairs team, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare or medical administration role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with medical professionals and administrative staff.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
