Responsibility
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with government objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, including conferences, seminars, and public outreach programs.
- Create compelling content (press releases, social media, reports) for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with media partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Monitor and analyze MarComs performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
- Liaise with government officials, NGOs, and community leaders to align messaging with public policy goals.
- Oversee budget management for marketing and event-related expenses, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and digital tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MarComs, with at least 2 years in a managerial or assistant manager role.
- Proven track record in event management, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience working with government agencies, public sector clients, or NGOs is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms, social media management).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
