Responsibility

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with government objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, including conferences, seminars, and public outreach programs.
  • Create compelling content (press releases, social media, reports) for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with media partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze MarComs performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
  • Liaise with government officials, NGOs, and community leaders to align messaging with public policy goals.
  • Oversee budget management for marketing and event-related expenses, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and digital tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MarComs, with at least 2 years in a managerial or assistant manager role.
  • Proven track record in event management, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Experience working with government agencies, public sector clients, or NGOs is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms, social media management).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
