Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume F&B environment.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost and quality.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team training and performance reviews to maintain service standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
