Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure seamless investor service delivery, including onboarding, account management, and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance investor satisfaction, retention, and engagement through data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, compliance, and operations) to streamline processes and improve service quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track investor success metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to investors, providing timely and accurate guidance on account-related queries and escalations.
- Identify trends and proactively address potential risks or challenges to mitigate investor churn.
- Mentor and train junior team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or fintech sector.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
- Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or PMP are advantageous but not required.
