Responsibility
- Develop and implement AI governance frameworks and technology standards to ensure compliance with global regulations and ethical guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, IT, and business units, to integrate governance policies into AI and technology initiatives.
- Monitor and assess emerging AI technologies and regulatory trends to proactively update governance standards.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to AI ethics, data privacy, and security protocols.
- Lead training and awareness programs to educate stakeholders on AI governance best practices and compliance requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AI ethics and technology standards, providing guidance to senior management and project teams.
- Drive the adoption of AI governance tools and platforms to streamline compliance monitoring and reporting.
- Represent the company in industry forums and regulatory discussions related to AI and technology governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology governance, AI ethics, compliance, or a related domain.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, PDPA), and global technology standards.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications in AI ethics, governance, or compliance (e.g., CIPP, CGEIT) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
