Responsibility
- Oversee the implementation and management of POS and ERP systems to streamline business operations.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time analytics and business intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Train and support end-users on system usage and best practices.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements through technology solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all MIS platforms.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing POS and ERP systems, preferably in F&B or retail industries.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Dynamics for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of database management and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus.
