Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock availability for B2B and B2C fulfilment.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety, security, and compliance standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfilment, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute logistics strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in B2B and B2C environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate staff.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in warehouse operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the logistics landscape in Bali or Southeast Asia is a plus.
