Join Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks as an Assistant Manager - Logistics and play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain and operational efficiency in Bali. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the logistics head in enhancing operational capabilities and developing future leaders. You will be instrumental in process improvement, operational planning, and team coordination, ensuring seamless logistics operations across our locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As part of our growing team, you will contribute to strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a passion for logistics and a desire to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, international food and beverage company.

Responsibility

  • Assist the Logistics Head in developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products to all outlets.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline logistics workflows and reduce operational costs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
  • Train and mentor logistics staff to build a high-performing team and leadership pipeline.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all logistics activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
  • Knowledge of local logistics regulations and best practices in Indonesia is a plus.
