Responsibility
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure IT infrastructure for manufacturing operations.
- Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats in real-time within a 24x7 environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
- Lead incident response efforts and conduct forensic investigations when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into IT and OT systems.
- Manage network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system reliability.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity trends and implement proactive measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
- Experience with SIEM tools, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS) and OT security is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or CCNA Security are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a 24x7 environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders.
