Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, IT consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes, financial systems, and digital transformation strategies.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, BPMN).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
