Responsibility

  • Act as a strategic business partner to department heads, providing expert HR advice and solutions on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor HR policies and programs that align with business objectives and local labor laws.
  • Lead and support key HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Oversee HR administrative functions, such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.
  • Drive HR analytics and reporting to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Support the development and execution of employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies, mitigating risks and promoting a culture of integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices, with experience in multi-cultural or international work environments.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
