Responsibility
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations in healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of housekeeping staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to healthcare environments.
- Collaborate with healthcare management to ensure housekeeping services align with patient care and facility goals.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and manage procurement to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.
- Address and resolve housekeeping-related issues or complaints from staff, patients, or visitors in a timely manner.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping performance, budget utilization, and operational metrics for senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare hygiene standards, infection control protocols, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, patients, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using housekeeping management software or inventory systems is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia or others) are a bonus.
