Responsibility
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold quality standards.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and cost-control measures for the housekeeping department.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and industry standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in using housekeeping management software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
