Responsibility
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of healthcare informatics systems to improve operational workflows and patient care.
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to integrate data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy in healthcare delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and scalability.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track operational metrics and inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards in all system implementations.
- Train and support end-users on new systems and processes, fostering adoption and proficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing trends, gathering feedback, and proposing innovative solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for healthcare IT systems and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, system informatics, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in healthcare IT systems (e.g., EHR, HIS, LIS) and data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), and data security best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
