Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of general affairs and maintenance across multiple clinic locations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility repairs, cleaning, and upkeep.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and ensure timely procurement.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure.
  • Assist in budget planning and expense tracking for facility-related costs.
  • Liaise with internal teams to address operational needs and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general affairs, maintenance, or facility management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with teams and vendors.
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software or tools.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
