Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of general affairs and maintenance across multiple clinic locations.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility repairs, cleaning, and upkeep.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Implement and monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and infrastructure.
- Assist in budget planning and expense tracking for facility-related costs.
- Liaise with internal teams to address operational needs and improve workflow efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general affairs, maintenance, or facility management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with teams and vendors.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software or tools.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
