Responsibility

  • Act as the primary liaison between the Managing Director and department heads to ensure clear, timely, and accurate communication of directives, priorities, and strategic goals.
  • Oversee the tracking and execution of high-priority projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, expansions, and revenue streams, to drive sustainable growth.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies, market research, and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items to ensure follow-through and accountability.
  • Streamline administrative processes within the executive office to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance) to align business development initiatives with company-wide goals.
  • Represent the Managing Director in internal and external forums, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support, office management, or business development, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
