Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and implementation of educational programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure the smooth operation of academic activities.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Support the development and execution of training programs for students and staff.
- Assist in the organization of events, workshops, and seminars.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
- Provide support to students and faculty, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of educational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of educational policies and procedures is a plus.
