Responsibility
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end investor services, including entity formation, accounting, and reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, regulatory filings, and corporate documentation with meticulous accuracy.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and legal advisors to address inquiries and resolve compliance-related issues.
- Monitor changes in regulatory frameworks and implement necessary adjustments to client structures and processes.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including due diligence, KYC, and AML checks.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Support senior management in strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate services, investor services, or compliance, preferably in a multinational or financial services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Proven ability to manage client portfolios and deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting or corporate management software.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
