Responsibility
- Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of contracts to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational policies.
- Maintain and update governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to support corporate administration.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract execution and governance processes.
- Monitor and track contract milestones, renewals, and terminations to ensure timely actions.
- Prepare and present reports on contract performance, governance compliance, and administrative activities.
- Support the development and implementation of corporate governance strategies and best practices.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately filed and easily accessible for audits and reviews.
- Provide administrative support to senior management in governance-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in contracts management, governance, or corporate administration.
- Strong understanding of contract law, governance principles, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in contract management or governance (e.g., CCP, CGP) is a plus.
