Responsibility
- Administer and maintain access control systems, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
- Manage user access rights and permissions, updating records as necessary.
- Oversee key management systems, including issuance, tracking, and retrieval of keys.
- Conduct regular audits of access logs and security protocols to identify and address discrepancies.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement and update security measures.
- Provide training and support to staff on access control procedures and best practices.
- Respond to security incidents and access-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all access control activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in access control, security administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in access control software and key management systems.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
