Responsibility
- Assist the Executive Director in developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead research and development (R&D) initiatives to innovate product offerings and enhance customer experience.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of new F&B projects, from concept to launch.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams.
- Monitor and evaluate operational efficiency and propose improvements to streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business planning, development, or strategic roles within the F&B industry.
- Proven track record in project management, financial analysis, and market research.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with F&B operations, supply chain, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive mindset.
