Responsibility
- Oversee daily facility maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance of building systems.
- Conduct regular assessments of facility assets and recommend improvements or repairs.
- Manage and coordinate with external contractors for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Develop and monitor budgets for facility projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications
