Responsibility

  • Assist the General Manager and Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily restaurant and kitchen operations to ensure smooth service and high standards.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences in alignment with company values.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene to maintain consistency with brand standards and health regulations.
  • Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events, menus, and seasonal offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety protocols, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or F&B industry, with at least 1 year in a similar position.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety (HACCP), and Indonesian/International culinary standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and financial reporting.
  • Passion for service excellence and a guest-first mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
