Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end air freight import and export operations for assigned Key Accounts to ensure timely delivery and high-service levels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication and resolving complex logistics challenges.
- Ensure all operational activities strictly comply with DSV SOPs, international trade regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with local and international teams to optimize load planning and resource allocation.
- Support the development and maintenance of high-value account relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Provide regular reporting to management on operational performance, volume trends, and service metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in air freight operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Strong knowledge of international air freight regulations, customs clearance procedures, and Incoterms.
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and handle high-pressure operational environments at an airport logistics facility.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Freight Forwarding ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both English and professional business contexts.
- Strong leadership capability with a focus on team development and performance management.
