Responsibility
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to automate safety compliance and monitoring processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data services into existing OHS frameworks.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improving workplace safety.
- Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data collection and processing.
- Create dashboards and reports to visualize safety metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics to enhance service offerings.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of AI and data tools for safety management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with safety compliance standards and OHS regulations is a plus.
