Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Supervise import documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Coordinate with regional teams to streamline financial operations and resolve discrepancies in AR/AP records.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial and import workflows.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to AR/AP and import activities for management review.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth payment and receipt processes.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AR/AP, import operations, or financial administration.
- Strong understanding of AR/AP processes, import documentation, and customs regulations.
- Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and financial software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional team setting.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
