Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive accounting and financial consulting services to clients, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support client decision-making.
- Conduct financial audits, risk assessments, and internal control evaluations.
- Advise clients on tax planning, optimization, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance client profitability and sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Train and mentor junior staff on accounting best practices and consulting methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financial technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial consulting.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Experience in the Indonesian market or Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
