Responsibility
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning and executing maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
