Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Coordinate with transport teams to schedule deliveries, optimize routes, and monitor shipment statuses.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure a secure working environment.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Generate and analyze reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process enhancements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in warehouse settings.
