Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turnover) to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain compliance with local and international logistics regulations and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (IMS), ERP software, and logistics best practices.
- Proven ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and local Indonesian logistics laws is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and logistics-specific tools.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
