Responsibility

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Assist the Kitchen Manager in planning and executing efficient workflows to meet high-volume demand.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a motivated and high-performing team.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Implement and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for consistency in food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine recipes tailored to cloud kitchen delivery models.
  • Resolve operational challenges promptly to minimize downtime and maintain service excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations in all kitchen activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role, preferably in a high-volume or cloud kitchen setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols (HACCP, ISO, or local equivalents) and kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, cost control, and supplier coordination.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing demands.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is a plus.
