Responsibility
- Assist the IT Manager in overseeing the company's IT infrastructure and operations.
- Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and security protocols.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services and equipment.
- Implement and manage IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Train and support staff on IT systems and software applications.
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness protocols are in place.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience with IT project management and vendor coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
