Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive security policies, protocols, and procedures to protect company assets.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead and manage the security team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure the integration of security measures in all business operations.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and violations, preparing detailed reports and action plans.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to proactively enhance security measures.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international security regulations and standards.
- Foster a culture of security awareness through regular training sessions and communication with employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CPP are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment methodologies, and incident response procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using security management software and tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
