As a key technical leader, you will design, develop, and optimize Odoo modules to streamline operations, enhance scalability, and drive automation across departments. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and growth of our global operations, with the flexibility to work remotely from Bali, Indonesia.

Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and customization of Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Billing, etc.) to meet business requirements.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, telecom APIs) using RESTful APIs, Python, and XML-RPC.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in Odoo environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Automate business processes (e.g., invoicing, commission calculations) using Odoo workflows and Python scripts.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Odoo instances on cloud/on-premise servers (AWS, Docker, Linux).
- Document technical specifications, user manuals, and system architectures for future reference.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (v13+), including module customization and ERP implementation.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript (Owl Framework), and XML for Odoo development.
- Experience with Odoo Studio, QWeb reports, and automated actions.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, CRM workflows, and telecom billing systems (a plus).
- Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Proven ability to lead technical projects, work in Agile environments, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
