Responsibility
- Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accurate filing and easy retrieval of records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or financial software is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and multicultural work environment.
