Responsibility

  • Manage and organize office documentation, ensuring accurate filing and easy retrieval of records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or financial software is a plus.
