Responsibility
- Provide Level 2/3 IT support for business applications, including ERP, CRM, and custom enterprise systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to software, databases, and integrations.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and implement system upgrades.
- Monitor application performance and proactively address potential disruptions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist in the deployment and testing of new software releases and patches.
- Train end-users on application functionalities and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on business applications.
- Proficiency in enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and database management (SQL, MySQL).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze technical issues systematically.
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in IT support (CompTIA, Microsoft) or relevant technologies are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
