Responsibility
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock audits to ensure data integrity.
- Process and track incoming and outgoing parts, verifying quantities and documentation for compliance.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and trigger reorder points as needed.
- Prepare and generate inventory reports, highlighting discrepancies, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the resolution of inventory discrepancies by investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth parts and service operations.
- Utilize inventory management software to update records, generate labels, and maintain digital tracking systems.
- Assist in the organization and optimization of warehouse space to improve accessibility and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, parts administration, or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, ERP systems).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and procurement processes is a plus.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work setting.
