Responsibility
- Coordinate and execute government-funded community programs in Bali.
- Liaise with local authorities, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure program alignment.
- Monitor program progress and report key metrics to stakeholders.
- Organize community engagement events and workshops.
- Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with funding guidelines.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials for community outreach.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve program effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in community program management or coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with government funding processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
