Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Manage foreign worker documentation, permits, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Administer payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, conducting regular audits and updates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning strategies.
- Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
