If you thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and are eager to shape the future of international HR services, we’d love to hear from you. Enjoy the flexibility of working in Bali’s most sought-after locations—Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or beyond—while making a tangible difference in the world of global employment.

- Administer payroll and benefits for international employees, collaborating with finance and legal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to APAC markets, aligning with global standards while respecting local nuances.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism, escalating as needed to senior leadership.
- Conduct HR audits and compliance reviews to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regional employment regulations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to streamline HR workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Stay abreast of APAC labor market trends and regulatory changes, proactively advising clients on their implications.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with global clients and teams.
