Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for new employees.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with company goals.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the retail or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus but not required.
